ZNZS2-6E1R1A Intelligent tachometer/line speed meter, input pulse signal(Input proximity switch Hall switch encoder signal,)Output analog signal (0-10V), output signal for inverter speed control, 1 set of relay output.
Dimensions: 48*96*75MM(Width * length * depth), Hole size: 45*92MM, power supply voltage: 220V, output 12VDC for sensor use.
Output analog signal (0-10V), output signal for inverter speed control, for example, use the speed of one machine to control the speed of another motor, that is, use the tachometer to output 0 to 10 volts to control the speed of the inverter and the main motor. Synchronize.
Introduction of OUT2 analog output: there are 3 types(01,08,09)output method
01 Introduction to the output mode: directly output the voltage, set how much to output.
for example:Setting parameters(LC-10v)(This parameter is the speed corresponding to the 10V output). If 10V corresponds to a setting of 3000 revolutions, the OUT2 setting value is 1000 revolutions, and the output voltage is 1000/3000*10=3.33V.
08 The output mode is PID regulation output. This is mainly the function of constant speed. It is used with the inverter to automatically adjust the speed. If OUT2 is set to 1000 rpm, then the output of the inverter can be stabilized at 1000 by adjusting the output voltage. The output speed is accurate, not affected by the size of the load, and can automatically adjust the constant speed.
09 Output mode: It is a transmission output, which is converted into a voltage output according to the detected speed.
Example: Setting parameters(LC-10v)3000 rpm, if the measured speed is 600 rpm, then the output voltage is 600/3000*10V=2.00V, and the accuracy is 0.5%
There are also 3 ways of relay output:(01, 02, 11)
01 output is reverse, the speed is greater than the set value, the relay pulls in, and the relay is less than the set value releases.
02 Output mode: The relay pulls in and alarms when the speed is lower than the set value, but the first time the speed is lower than the set value, no alarm.
11 Output mode: interval controller output, when the single set value H is greater than the set value L, the speed will act between the two set values.
