The shipping weight of MA8900 is as high as 42.3Kg. It is strongly recommended that two people do the unpacking installation!
Super complete interface, with 6 groups of RCA, 1 group of XLR analog input, MC, MM phono amplifier input, RCA analog output 3 groups, one of which is a fixed output. The new DA1 digital module has 6 sets of complete input interfaces, including two sets of RCA coaxial, two sets of optical fibers, one set of USB DAC, and one set of MCT (for connecting to your own turntable). The decoding capabilities supported by each digital input are as follows:
Coaxial and Optical Inputs– SPDIF (PCM), 44.1kHz to 192kHz, 24-Bit
MCT: 44.1kHz, 16-Bit (CD), DSD64 (SACD)
USB: 44.1kHz to 384kHz, 32-Bit (PCM), DSD64, DSD128, DSD256, DXD352.8kHz, DXD384kHz
The output of 200W can drive almost all speakers well. McIntosh uses an output transformer, whether it is 2, 4 or 8 Ohm, it can provide 200W of thrust.
