In order to maintain good quality and batch consistency of archive-grade discs, the DA/T38-2008 standard requires:
◆ The raw material brand or supplier of archive-level CD-ROM shall not be changed at will;
◆ The production process of archive-level discs must be stable, and process parameters cannot be changed at will;
◆ Polycarbonate produced for archival grade discs(PC)Plastics shall not use recycled materials;
◆ The use of ink, protective glue and adhesive glue must pass the weather resistance test of the optical disc;
◆ After the injection molding machine is started or the process parameters are adjusted, the first 50 discs are not used for file-level discs;
◆ The terminal online detection must have the function of grading and screening, so that the production line can distinguish the file-level CDs from other-level CDs;
