Whether the battery is correctly inserted into the charger card slot. Whether the battery and the charger contact piece are connected. Whether the battery is within the range that the charger can charge, whether the charger cannot identify the battery,

The battery chip data is damaged, please refer to the calibration operation. Another situation is: the battery is damaged!
