There is no application of negative feedback. The weak audio signal from input to output only passes through 7 contacts in the NHB-18NS amplifier, which provides a maximum gain of 11dB. For the phono amplifier input, only 6 contacts are added, which can provide 66dB gain(77dB total gain).

A brand-new volume control module, which completely avoids the use of any potentiometer, strengthens the attenuator or analog switch array in the signal path. The sound signal is attenuated in a completely passive way, using a special analog optocoupler controlled by a special processor, providing a dynamic range of 96 decibels, through a 192-level 0.5 decibel stepping design. VCAs and other active components are not used here.
These breakthroughs constitute a new step in the right direction: no loss signal.
NHB-18NS not only has new breakthroughs in these areas. We have also incorporated some of the functions in the NHB-108 model one, as follows:

The NHB-18NS preamplifier of darTZeel is a dual mono preamplifier. The left and right channels are separated from input to output.
Each channel is powered by its own battery pack, which provides the power supply needed for 12 hours of listening to music.
Adopting very extreme design, standard and dedicated power supply for each input and output part, to ensure the lowest power supply internal resistance.
The reason is that there is a clever automatic configuration circuit as the basis, which can control the listening when the battery is powered, and turn off the preamplifier when entering the charging mode.
The HUM sound will be gone forever, and there is no need to worry about when the battery will be charged.
