반품이 가능한 경우(무상)
배송이 완료된 상품은 7일 이내에 아래 표기된 사유에 한하여 반품 및 환불이 가능합니다.
수령하신 상품이 파손/유실된경우
초기 작동불량인 상품인 경우(고객임의 작동 미숙일 경우 국내왕복 택배비 입금 후 반송해 드립니다.)
주문한것과 다른 상품이 배송된 경우(단, 해당 해외사이트의 홈페이지 이미지가 변경된경우 제외)
위 반품사유에 해당하는 경우 상품회수 및 검수 후 환불 또는 승인취소 처리가 진행됩니다.
이 경우에도 상품가격 이외의 무통장입금 수수료 및 카드수수료, 할인 쿠폰 등은 반환해 드리지 못함을 양지부탁드립니다.

반품이 불가능한 경우
1. 상품 수령 후 7일이 경과한 경우
2. 고객님의 부주의로 상품이 파손된 경우
3. 제품을 사용한 흔적이 있는 경우
4. 상품을 세탁했거나, 상품에서 세탁 후 발견되는 하자나 이염이 보일경우
5. 상품의 택(tag)을 제거했거나, 상품의 폴리백이 분실된 경우
6. 제품박스(케이스)가 심하게 손상되어 있거나 박스(케이스)나 내용물 일부가 분실된 경우, 제품박스(케이스)에 택배송장을 붙이신 경우

A/S & 원산지표기 & 사용전원

상품 수령 후 7일 이후에는 A/S 교환, 환불이 불가능합니다.
제품 교환 및 A/S로 해외 반출 후 국내 반입 시 관세 및 부가세가 발생할 수 있으며, 이 경우 고객님께서 비용을 부담하셔야 합니다.

당사에서 직접 수입하여 판매하지 않기 때문에 원산지를 명확하게 표기하기 어렵습니다.
원산지 표기는 해외(중국 외) 내수용이지만 제조는 중국/타이완 등에서 제작된 경우가 많습니다.
전자기기일 경우, 해외에서는 110v를 사용하는 경우가 많습니다.(일부 110v/220v)

당사는 해외 유명 쇼핑몰등에서 직접 구입합니다. 시계의 경우 보증서등이 미포함 일 수 있습니다.
